pennsicdance: sort-of final playlist for Seicento Caroso ball

I have a translation of Nobilta` di Dame I'll be bringing that has modern 
music notated, sometimes monophonic, sometimes in piano score.  I'll 
certainly be at this ball, and I'm a very good sightreader on violin, so 
if worst comes to worst, we can work from that (maybe).
