I think you should have them available.  If you deem them necessary, then we 
can use them.

I'd say that if the general consensus is that we don’t need them, then we 
can just not use them.  But it is the shy dancer that will not speak up that 
will want to use the token.

It might encourage more people to come if they know that a token system will 
be used and that they will be guaranteed a dance.
