pennsicdance: schedule changes

Court on Wednesday night will run later than we thought, and it will
end earlier than we thought on Thursday.

I hear that there's a class on images of dancers on the last Friday,
but the class schedule pages won't render correctly on my browser.

Finally, our hosts for the pre-1600 dancing in the Dance Tent on
Tuesday night have had to bow out -- so I need new hosts, or if no one
else volunteers, I'll do both that and the Sunday evening 15c Italian
dancing.
