pennsicdance: court schedule announced

Unlike last year, where the court schedule wasn't decided until late,
the court schedule for this year is already posted, and it looks like
we can do the ball Tuesday because AEthelmearc has court at 7pm.  But,
alas, on Wednesday and Thursday dance may be delayed by 8pm courts
that might not be done by 9:30. I'll write various royals and see what
I can figure out.

On the plus side, Eldormere isn't doing court in the Barn.
