pennsicdance: Class registration is open

The Pennsic 32 webpages are up, and class registration is open. Our
deadline is April 15. Please volunteer early and often, and send
dance classes directly to me.

I'm going to send in a blurb for the Pre-Pennsic Booklet in a few
days. It will have the list of dances in the Ball and an offer for
musicians to get music in advance (Octavio is our victim for that).

No reply yet from the Autocrat or A&S coordinator about whether we'll
get a bigger tent or not.
