pennsicdance: Pennsic Ball List

At the meeting, I asked if anyone thought anything should be changed about 
the Ball play list this year, and it seemed to be the consensus that the list 
we have currently suits the needs of the constituencies of the Ball.  I 
really think that making any major changes to the ball list would probably be 
a BAD idea.  Adding a couple of dances might be good, but I had many people 
approach me after the meeting to say that they really liked the Ball list as 
it was.  We can use the evening revels held in the dance tent to show case/ 
perform more variety, more intricate dances, it was pointed out to me, and I 
would have to agree.
    I think the primary issue with a Ball list will be determining in advance 
which bands are playing what sets (and which of the dances those bands can 
play).  For example, we need to know when Wolgemut is coming and what dances 
they can play, to arrange in advance the set.
