pennsicdance: New location for piles....

In lieu of the other existing groups dedicated to talking about dance
music in general, of who's existance I was not aware, we're moving to
a pile specific list.

I was able to transfer all but Kat/Elsbeth's subscriptions (not sure
why they wouldn't transfer) from the first list, which will be deleted
soon.
