Depends on what kind of dance you do.  My busted knee is attributable
to dance, probably baroque specifically, but it didn't start
acting up until I added galliarding and branles and canary.  It
shouldn't be necessary to bend knees in Branle de l'Official since
you aren't actually doing much *lifting*, but bending knees upon
landing in impact dances with jumping and leaping and hopping is
useful.

You can end up with permanent crippling or in surgery from dance
if you aren't careful.
