Is "the person making up the list" you, or some other person? If it
is you, do you plan to do what you said you were going to do or not?
If not, just say you don't plan to carry out what you said. If so,
please get on with it. If it's some other person, please say who that
is so we can stop bothering you and go bother them.

>As for your second sentence, I'm sorry, but we all have ideas of what
>the priority of various things are.

As I said, your idea of what is less important is not universally
shared. I am glad you appreciate this. I'm sure as a peer you are aware
that when performing a community service you need to take the needs of
those for whom you are performing it into consideration.

>It would be much more helpful for
>people to volunteer to help with the things left undone than to
>be unhappy about what I think is "less important".

I am not going to Pennsic, and thus not in a position to volunteer for
anything useful except thinking fond thoughts of y'all while I am
dancing the night away in a mansion in Rhode Island. I would like to
know on behalf of my local dancers, who would like to practice things
which will be done at War, and esp. 16thc Italian things, since those
are less well-known. I will be happy to communicate to my dancers
that Master Gregory Blount does not consider this important if that is
what you prefer. That should give them a great impression of the
"SCA dance community", indeed.

And really, how hard can it be to decide on three or four 16thc
dances? Not everyone is going to know them no matter what you do, so
it won't make *that* much difference one way or the other. Making
decisions shouldn't take more time than making excuses as to why you
haven't made decisions for the three or four months since you put
yourself in charge of all this. It's a ball list, not rocket science.
