Sure, but keep in mind that we'll also need sheet music, plus a mix of
complexity, plus it needs to have been taught. So, for example, it
would be nice to have Vilanella, which is simple, and I can get sheet
music for it, but no one's teaching it. Ideally we'd also have a
published, redistributable reconstruction.

When 15th century Italian started getting 5 dances at the ball, it was
fairly obvious which dances to pick. But this year, only 1 of the 5
15c Italian dances is being taught in a class. Whoops. Fortunately
they're pretty well established, and of course they'll appear in the
ball prep class.
