Duchessa Diana,
The main need for the floor is the person to *coordinate* it -- we
will probably have plenty of volunteers to do the actual assembly, and
to bring the necessary tools. Do you think one of your folks would be
interested in taking charge?
The coordinator needs to collect info, buy some minor supplies,
arrange for tools and people to show up, and Be Responsible For Seeing
That It Gets Done. Assembly should be the first Tuesday, disassembly
should be the last Friday afternoon.
Filip has given us input on what tools will be useful, etc, which I'll
pass along to our volunteer.
