A few suggestions for things to add (assuming they aren't
already in), based on what I'm likely to teach this year:

General-purpose Saltarello (not "La Regina")
Courante
Branle du Haut Barrois
(All of those are going to be in my high-impact aerobics
class, so they'll be practiced several times.)

Jack Pudding
Sellengers Round with Byrd's repeat pattern (AABCC),
which might be easy enough to fake with standard music
except that the pick-up notes can be a problem.
