pennsicdance: Pennsic 31

After looking at some of the announcements for Pennsic 31, which
features a new A&S class coordinator after many years of stability
under Dame Alys, I decided to panic and volunteer to schedule dance
classes and run dance at Pennsic 31. This means we're going to
function much like the Middle Eastern community.

This means I need your help.

First off, I'd like your ideas. I've made some guesses as to what I
can get people to volunteer for, but new ideas (or old ideas) are
always welcome, especially if you want to volunteer to implement them.

Second off, I need you to volunteer. We need:

* teachers of classes during the day
  * including teachers for the 2 beginners tracks

* a coordinator for assembling/disassembling the floor
  * flunkies to help him/her

* people to coordinate nightly dancing
  * this year I would like to make a big effort to get people to
    dance with different partners, especially newcomers. To this end,
    I have some contests in mind.

* a coordinator for the music collection. We have to review
  Samuel Piper's generous donation of music
  * and musicians. Send me your snail mail address to get a copy
    of the (mostly brand new!) music collection

* People to organize parties at night. How about:
  * an evening Caroso ball? a Caroso Ball with just 16c Italian dancing?
  * more theme parties, like a 16th century party, or a 15th century Italian
    party?

* A "named band" to play at the Ball. Or we can do pickup. Or have a
  Loud Band set. Or or or...
