pennsicdance: band for the Ball

Just so no one is surprised -- it looks like the Waytes of Carolingia
plus Others will be the band playing for the Ball this year.
Additional musicians will be welcome if they keep the instrumental
balance and can successfully sight-read the versions the Waytes are
using. We'll be announcing this throughout the War to the musicians
so that no one is surprised.
