pennsicdance: Status Reports for Flooring

If we're on the battlefield, I'm much in favor of dancing on the grass
rather than on risers of some kind.  But, if we're where A&S 8 was,
risers may be easier to level.

But I do think some risers (of a height near those in tha barn) for
the musicians and boomboxes would be good.
