I think you misunderstand... I mean that the situation described may be taken as
an indication that in-set teachers are needed, instead of a main teacher.  This
presumes that they are not already there.

I still think having both simultaneously, except in the specific circumstances
of a single set very much out of sync with the majority of dancers, is pretty
much always a bad thing.
