If we were going to have classes set-up specifically to teach the dances
that will be danced at the ball... it might be a good idea to have a class
teach dance set one.  Next class, whether it be that day or the next, could
teach dance set two.

That way people would not be overloaded (either with teaching or with
learning).

It would also give people the chance to learn some dances and dance them
that night.  Learn more dances and dance them that night with the dances
they learned the preceding day.
