I volunteer to do a music collection for pickup bands, although I
would rather hand it off to someone else who either does a different
collection, or continues the one I have.

I volunteer to find "named bands" for special events (caroso ball,
masked ball) and some nights of regular dancing. (I expect that these
bands will mostly play from their own music, but I'll make sure there
repertoire includes everything that was on the Ball last year.)

I volunteer to try to arrange a special event in the barn of "loud
band dancing" for a few hours. It would have to start earlier than
usual, and so needs to go in the schedule and not be after a court.

It would be nice to make a list of possibles. Danielli said he was a
possible, for example. We'll need 5-10 of them.

With the list of nightly coordinators, we can also poll them to see if
they like the idea of announcing 1-2 hours of no-teach dancing every
night. That would go into the program.

You should go ahead and send that to Alys, so she gets you on the
schedule every day. I'm sure you'll get plenty of teachers to fill
in. In fact, you could have the dance listed as being taught by the
"Pennsic Dance Cabal" ;-)

Other than the above, and of course lots of the usual classes, we stil
need: the ball organized (dance list? cheat sheet booklet?) and ball
prep classes.
