I think we're better off discussing the issues for a while. Simple
democracy won't do it, either: if no dance teachers or musicians
support a candidate, the result won't be very pretty.

Let's consider a hypothetical example: A candidate says they plan on
re-introcing GOOPs to the Masked Ball. The musicians confer and it
seems few musicians are interested in playing; the candidate
volunteers to bring a sound system. We really should know this
*before* we decide, not after.
