pennsicdance: Planning Dance at Pennsic XXVIII

Well, we have a list, so let's start the discussion.  We have a war
coming up, and lots of good ideas about what should happen.  What we
don't have is someone to coordinate all of these things so that it all
functions smoothly.

So far as I know there are several people (myself included) who are
interested in being dance coordinator next year.  How should we, as a
community, decide who gets the job?

One possibility is simple democracy -- everyone interested can write a
position statement to the list, and we'll all vote on who we want to
run it.  Any other suggestions?
