pennsicdance: list is open

OK, we've added everyone to the list who signed up at Pennsic, except
for the couple whose handwriting Flip couldn't read. So, the list is
open for business.

Just a few reminders:

1) Don't cross-post to sca-dance; they don't want to hear it.
2) Remember this is a closed list (to reduce spam). If you post
   from an address you aren't subscribed from, the posting will
   have to be forwarded by me manually, which takes time. I do have
   an exceptions list I'll add you to, so future postings won't be
   delayed.
3) If you "reply" to a message, it probably won't also go to the list.
   Pay attention, and if necessary add pennsicdance at pbm.com to the
   address list. "reply to all" or "group reply" will usually respond
   to the list.
4) This list is archived, and the archive will eventually be on the web.

And a few etiquette points:

1) Don't post mime email to the list. Plain text only. Most mailers have
   the ability to set "plain text only" in the address book for a given
   address.
2) Don't quote the entire post you're replying to; just snip out the
   relevant bits.
3) Don't post anything off topic. If you have questions about that, ask
   me.

But, most of all: BE NICE. We're all working towards the same goal:
Lots of fun dancing at Pennsic.
