I don't know the first thing about writing a period style tune, so I
instead use real tunes and write new words, should I want new ones
instead of the fine old words that most songs come with. Anyone
looking for such tunes could look at Vlad's Music for Filking on the
minstrel homepage; I hope to acquire scans of all the Cantigas de
Santa Maria in the next few months...
