The fellow whose message I just posted lives in northern NJ. I'd bet
you have several in your province and don't realize it. In any case,
the order is a non-polling kingdom level award, so it's a recognition
of what you've done, given by the crown. Isn't there also some sort of
musicians guild in the East? Or is that only up in Carolingia? With
such a relatively small group on this mailing list, your best bet is
to ask on the East mailing list.
