minstrel: Ich am of Irlonde

So...Middle English poetry fragments.
 
I realize that as far as an "extant" tune, I'm probably SOL on this one.  But by any chance, does "Ich am of Irlonde" (ca.  1300) at least have a tune that's accepted as standard?
 
Or do folks who wish to put it to music just improvise one?
