minstrel: [WashDC] Anglo-Saxon Poetry and Performance Workshop

On January 3, 2004, in College Park, MD, the Barony of
Storvik is hosting a Yule Revel.  I am hosting a
workshop on Anglo-Saxon Poetry and Performance.  A
classroom-style format will cover the verse forms, the
instruments, and the role of the scop.  Then I'd like
to get some hands-on work going, with musicians
working with the poetry and instruments, to see what
we can do with it.
