I find a Decca DL79406 of Elizabethan and Jacobean Ayres, Madrigals
and Dances for Voyces and Violls by Byrd, Biggons, Morley, Dowland,
Campian, Coperario, Jones, Farmer - New York Pro Musica, and a
Victrola Dance Music of the Renaissance for Recorder, dulcian,
crumhorn, vola da braccio, viola da gamba and lute (VIC-1328) but
neither has your Trotto on it.
Then I dig a bit further and find John Renbourn's The Lady and the
Unicorn - and the first cut is indeed Trotto, followed by
Saltarrello. This is a Reprise record, RS 6407. He also had Merrie
Engldes Musyk Thyng & ye Grene Knyghte (RS 6344)
And a Medieval and renaissance music for the irish and medieval
harps/ viele/recorders/tambourin from Turnabout (TV 4019)
