minstrel: troubadour resources

I recently bought a copy of:

Akehurst, F. R. P., and Davis, Judith M. _A Handbook of the
Troubadours_. University of California Press, Berkeley and Los
Angeles, 1995.  ISBN 0-520-07976-0.

This is a survey of the literature about the Troubadours, with many
chapters written by various authors, and an excellent bibliography.
What's even better is that it's easy to buy used, for around $15 plus
shipping. Highly recommended.
