minstrel: machaut songs

Hello, we have been playing a number of lovely trios
by Machaut and feel inspired to try singing them;
especially one starting with "sanz cuer m'en vos"
approximately.  Any reference swould be appreciated. 
Any "introductory" medieval vocal collection
suggestions would also be appreciated.  I fear I will
have to start collecting vocal editions of the large
volume of recorder transcriptions I've amassed.
I have "Singing early Music" for pronunciation tips,
but frankly have a little difficulty deciphering it,
with my minimal formal music education.   
By the way: we had live dance music and some
part-songs and rounds at our Candlemas feast
yesterday-thank you all for the encouragement in
creating more participation.
