well the greek keltoi likely post dates the
celtiberian celti, and the lepontic gailti(with a hard
g likely).

lepontic was a celtic language of north italy which
was neither p nor q celtic. being near romans they
have writing with accompanying latin repeats from 1200
bc, and quite a bit from 400bc on. and of course much
writing from the time of roman government a little
later. they also used a version of kelt.they continued
local usage of their celtic language well into the
late west roman empire, but it appears to have
disapeared by around the year 300 ad.then tho locals
spoke a latinic language similar to the swiss
romansch.

none of the celtic nor the early italic
languages(latin being themain suribot but oscan,
samnite and several other early italic languages seem
to also have no soft c, only a c prounced like a k.
when they wanted a soft c they used s. seem to have
had a soft c. the german kaiser is quite correct for
the dictator cum pizza guy.(do americans have ceaser's
pizza?)
