minstrel: Plastic crumhorns

For years, I've wanted to learn how to play the
crumhorn. Back in the '80s, Boulder Early Music sold
a plastic crumhorn, but I never bought it. Yes, I
know -- how terrible, a plastic crumhorn. However,
with the cost of crumhorns, even they thought it's a
cheap way to decide whether or not you want to invest
so much money in an instrument.

So, I never bought it. But lately, it's been on my
mind. A couple of weeks ago, I was in Leeds (UK -- I
moved to England about three years ago from Boulder)
for an SCA event, and I made a quick side trip to The
Early Music Shop in nearby Bradford.

No, they don't carry plastic crumhorns, but they
thought they still were made -- in America. Boulder
Early Music's website doesn't list them. Does anyone
here have an idea where to locate one?
