minstrel: Souvent Souspire

I believe someone a few days ago asked for information on "Souvent Souspire" (I deleted the message prematurely).
The tune is included in McGee's MEDIEVAL INSTRUMENTAL DANCES (even though it has lyrics); he gives the source as a 14th century manuscript of trouvere songs (which would seem to suggest that the actual date of the song is somewhat earlier).
