minstrel: looking for a song

Does anyone hear know of a song called "Pour servir"? It was recorded by
Anonymous4. I was thinking it might be a good song for my choral group to
do, and if anyone knows of a source for the music, and the time period of
the piece, I would greatly appreciate it.
