minstrel: Carlisle Wall

Hi everyone!
I am new to this list and was hoping someone could help me.  I am looking 
for the lyrics to an old Scottish song called Carlisle Wall.  I know that it 
was rewritten by Sir Walter Scott and he changed the lyrics significantly in 
his version.  I am looking for the original version, not his.  I have a 
recording of it done by Silly Wizard but it is of poor quality and I can't 
make out many of the words.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
