It's "Sweet Betsy From Pike."  I always played it in G, since most

can sing in that key even after quaffing a horn or two.  The chords are
G, 
C, and D, with maybe an Am creeping in, I don't really recall.  

 Sing it while you're playing and the changes should be pretty obvious.
