minstrel: Name that tune

Greetings!

The Academy of St. Cecilia (amateur early music quartet) would like to
add 4 instrumental pieces to its repertoire, but cannot find the
source nor the composer for these related pieces. We are hoping that
someone on this list might recognize the pieces. They are all in 4
parts and have a related melodic theme. Here are their titles:
        Pass' e mezzo ditto il Romano
        Moschetta
        Desiderata
        Pietoso

Can anyone help?
