minstrel: penny whistle question

feadog(prounounced fee jig) is a good whistle 

do you have a local branch of cultus celtori eirrein?

they will have many whistle teachers--don't cal it a
penny whistle though, just whistle(or fee jig) some
irish are insulted by the term penny whistle and will
consider you a sassenach--and there are few thing
worse.
