As a new member of the list, I am glad that this arguement is over. I just
wanted to learn period songs. I have a decent singing voice and I have
learned a few period ballads but I can not find any decent references with
written music. My persona is 15th century German but I am not ready to
tackle German Ballads in German. I am more interested in English Ballads at
this time. Any help would be appricated.

To the lady who shakes when she plays, all I can recommend it keep playing
in public. With time the shakes will go away. Also, most people watching
you do not know that you are shaking. I know that knowledge helps when I am
nervous.
