Which list? If you're referring to the minstrel list, the only
moderation applied to posting is an anti-spam, just like most mailing
lists. You must have posted from an address which isn't
subscribed. When you do that, you get an automatic reply, and then
eventually I look over the held messages and approve the ones that
look legit. I haven't done that in about 2 weeks, and even when I do
so, sometimes I miss the occasional valid message amongst the hundreds
of spam.

A posting about shaking while playing would be 100% on topic.
