PERFORMERS: James McCracken, tenor; John Atkins, piano.

The University of Oregon library seems to own a copy, as does Fordham; 
check your local University and see if you can "check it out":).  Angel 
doesn't list it in the current catalog, so you're out of luck by legal 
means unless they choose to reissue it.

I'd check out eBay periodically; I've gotten some pretty obscure stuff 
there.
