thou shalt find Nicholas S. Lander rather extensive recorder page.

I do not recall whether he has construction instructions, but he
does have pretty much everything else you might want.

PS:  Dunno whether I've mentioned this on the mainling list or not, 
and I probably should have, but I've got a web page describing 
various instruments (early, ethnic, or just randomly interesting to 
me).  It's at http://www.radix.net/~dglenn/defs/inst.html  -- it 
doesn't go into the depth you want, but folks might find it generally
interesting.  And I wouldn't object to contributions from folks who
can give more extensive info about some instruments than I can...
