minstrel: Tabor Pipes

   "Tabor" is the drum.  "Tabor pipe" is the pipe played with the drum.  The 
drum is suspended from the same hand that is playing the pipe, and played 
with the other hand.

   You should be able to play in all the useful modes on a tabor pipe, just 
not in every key.
