My favorite is www.mudcat.org, click on the link for the Digital Tradition Folksong
Database.

There are lots of Scottish folk songs at http://www.acronet.net/~robokopp/scotsa.html.
 I don't know of much Scottish period stuff, so I never bothered to particularly
search this one for anything period... but, it's very large.  If there really
IS any Scottish period folk-song, it would be found here ;)
