minstrel: Vocabulary and Terminology

This sorta segues into another point: people who insist on arguing with
each other (rather than sharing a polite, respectful discussion) on list.

There's no such thing as a private argument on a public list. Or a
private flame on a public list. When people ask you to "take it private,"
do it. Hopefully you'll have good enough judgement to realize that most
people don't want to be drawn into your dispute, and take it private
yourself long before anyone asks.
