minstrel: period Jewish music?

Just starting in this area and looking for entry points... does anyone
have sources for period Jewish music other than Salamon Rossi, ideally
songs suitable for solo or small-group voices, preferably earlier period
and Sephardic?  Any ideas for where to start?
