The song was recorded on in three places.  On the afforementioned album 
"Keepers of the Flame" by Phonyx (spelling?), "How many of them can we make 
die?", a filk album, and on her latest album, whose title I forget.  It 
should be available at her seafire website.  I think it's called Midsummer.

Best of luck finding it.  And if you ever meet Heather, ask her about the 
incident with the song and the rent-a-cop in Columbus . . . it's quite a 
tale.
