minstrel: A weekend in Emerald Keep (Ansteorra)

This weekend, m'lady and I attended the annual Spring Feast of 
Simplefare.  I participated in the fencing, as I was trying to qualify 
in single weapons combat.  M'lady sat and entertained passers-by with 
her lovely fife playing.  It was a lovely day for it here in the East 
Kingdom, with music provided by a harpist.  A truely enjoyable day for 
my first SCA event.
