minstrel: Introduction and Instrument question.

Yes, I have but most I've seen are quite expensive and kinda hard to find.

However, as I understand the lute is a small gut stringed instrument.  That
will make it very hard to hear over any background noise.  I would love a
Cittern but then we're talking about big money again.

If I had a bunch of money, I'd have a cittern.  Even the kits for a good one
is over $800, though.
