Modern mis-use / uneducated usage of the term, perhaps?

Mathurin, I am told that Ioseph of Locksley has placed a copy of my
paper "What *Is* A Bard?" on the Web.

Check under www.locksley.com/blackbook and follow the links / index.
If you haven't seen it, Ioseph's shorter treatment "On Bards & Bardic
Circles" should also be reachable on that site (and was the inspiration
for the larger work of my hand).

ALL: remember the current ban upon use of material copyrighted to
Joe Bethancourt / Master Ioseph of Locksley by any _official_ SCA
publication. See the intro to my paper for specifics on use of the paper
or any sub-component; I'm reviewing my stance at this time based upon
what I'm seeing elsewhere.

I'd appreciate it if anyone wanting to use "my stuff" for SCA publication
would contact me directly in advance so that appropriate documents
can be exchanged...
