One of the songs that I do is called Griogal Cridhe.  It is one of the few
existing Gaelic songs that we can definitely date within our period, being
composed in 1574.

To Eogan:  I would consider it a great kindness if you could supply me with 
either the piece, itself or a source where I might find it.  It's a little 
later than my persona but I'll manage something --

To the list:  Here's a source you might find helpful for Gaelic poetry and 
song:  Gair nan Clarsach -- The Harp's Cry, An Anthology of 17th Century 
Gaelic Poetry (Birlinn Ltd - 1994) available from James Thin.  The pieces 
run ?1600 - to ?c1698 and are in both Gaelic and English.
