Does anyone know where the following songs originated and what their
copyright status is:

March of Cambreath

Arafel's Lament (And how is it related to C.J. Cherryh's book, "Tree of
Jewels and Swords)

also, does can someone tell me what the tune is (if any) to the Gage of
War (There once was a Herald of Scottish disguise...) and who wrote it,
copyrights, etc.
